Qualifications

• Nursing diploma/associate's required.
• RN license required to practice in state where assigned.
• Inpatient experience preferred; 3+ years suggested.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards.
• Educates patients and families on illness, treatment, home care and meds.
• Ensures patient safety and quality regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Maintains clear communication of care plans across shifts and continuum.
