Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Centralized Telemetry Monitoring team. Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license required; licensure in MO/IL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on managing illness, home care needs and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and considers patient values, preferences, and barriers to involvement in care.
