Billingsley is seeking a Centralized Support Specialist to back multifamily communities by handling applications, lease documents, renewals, and resident communications with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes standardized processes, SOP adherence, and collaboration with onsite teams to improve efficiency and customer experiences in a fast-moving environment with a focus on automation and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Sales, Service, or Hospitality Industry experience.
• Experience in Multi-Family is a plus.
• Centralized or remote-support environment experience with onsite partnership is preferred.
• Strong understanding of property management workflows and resident account processes.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, review lease documents, renewals, move-ins/outs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain resident files and assist with resident communications and billing.
• Support delinquency management, accounts receivable, and collections activities.
• Follow SOPs, support audits, and contribute to centralized initiatives.
