Job summary

Regional Finance is expanding its Central Account Sales and Support Center. The Center Account Sales Specialist will work borrowers remotely, outside our branch network footprint, using product knowledge to present loan solutions and help customers reach financial goals.

You will process and underwrite loan applications, maintain relationships with customers, and support delinquent accounts while meeting daily and monthly goals. Flexible hours are possible to accommodate digital volume.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude with strong phone skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Data entry proficiency is required.
• Must pass drug, criminal and credit background checks.
• Some college coursework completed.
• Consumer finance sales and collections exposure.
• Some leadership experience.
• Familiarity with consumer credit / underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Present loan solutions to borrowers to help achieve financial goals.
• Process and underwrite loan applications within guidelines.
• Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Manage delinquent accounts and payment postings in compliance with policy.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly performance goals.
• Hours may vary; some Saturdays may be required.
