Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks an Associate Director, Cell Therapy Education to lead the CTCE team and drive educational initiatives with clinical engagement across cell therapy practices.

The role partners with commercial operations to shape an operating model, measure success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, medical, and marketing priorities. Remote work is available with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years field clinical educator experience and 4 years Oncology experience.
• Current/previous experience leading teams preferred.
• Membership in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) preferred.
• Previous pharma/biotech experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to CTCEs for successful delivery of team objectives.
• Define and implement team strategy to meet field education objectives with clear success measures.
• Oversee recruiting, staffing, hiring and training of CTCEs.
• Coach and develop CTCEs to boost engagement and performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that rewards accomplishments and retention.
• Identify and remove operational barriers to team effectiveness.
• Ensure CTCEs follow regulations and company guidelines with compliant training.
• Engage Marketing Franchise to align objectives and resources.
• Partner with Sales to define CTCE role in account objectives.
• Engage key customers to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with External Alliances to support nursing education needs.
