Job summary

Legend Biotech US seeks a Sr. Cell Therapy Clinical Educator to support the Commercial team remotely.

The role focuses on educating APPs and nurses about Legend cell therapies, coordinating staff training, and collaborating with sales and marketing to deliver on-label education across the region. The ideal candidate holds a health science degree, 10+ years nursing or 5 years oncology experience, and experience with Multiple Myeloma, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field is required.
• Advanced degree is considered.
• Minimum of 10 years nursing experience or 5 years Oncology experience.
• Clinical practice in immune effector cell therapy or bone marrow transplant is required if no prior in-house industry experience.
• ONs membership or involvement is preferred.
• Previous in-house industry sales or clinical education experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts peer-to-peer in-person and virtual educational programs for APPs and nurses.
• Enrolls identified customers in educational programs at their facilities.
• Responds promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with commercial teams on cross-functional projects and regional initiatives.
• Provides in-services at professional society meetings.
• Supports account planning to align with regional goals.
• Builds relationships with nurse leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Identifies account trends and develops alternate plans to meet objectives.
• Follows up to assess education needs and outcomes.
• Maintains mastery of product knowledge and disease state management.
• Communicates program information with approved materials and guidelines.
• Represents Legend at national/local conventions.
