Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company commercial vehicles according to routes and schedules.
• Transport products, materials, equipment, passengers, or cargo safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address issues.
• Verify vehicle loading, securing, and weight compliance.
• Follow routes while adapting to conditions and delivery requirements.
• Complete deliveries and pickups on schedule.
• Load, unload, and inspect cargo as required.
• Verify shipping documents and delivery receipts.
• Obtain signatures and proof-of-delivery documentation.
• Maintain daily driving logs, mileage, fuel, and delivery records.
• Report defects, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Comply with driving laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain CDL and endorsements, if applicable.
• Keep permits, licenses, medical certs, and vehicle docs current.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and dispatch.
• Use GPS, dispatch systems, and ELDs as required.
