American Trucking Group USA is seeking an independent CDL-A Driver Recruiter to source and place qualified drivers remotely on a 1099 commission-only basis. This role offers freedom to set your own schedule and work-from-home flexibility without benefits or guaranteed income.

You will screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and guide them through the referral and placement process, building relationships to maximize placements. Prior recruiting or trucking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver recruiting, sales, or trucking preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
