Job summary

American Trucking Group USA is seeking an independent CDL-A Driver Recruiter who can work remotely on a 1099 commission basis. Your main task is to source, screen, and place qualified CDL-A drivers with our carrier partners, using online boards, referrals, and networking. This is a commission-only role with no hourly pay, salary, or benefits.

You control your schedule and work hours; you provide your own computer, phone, and internet. Income depends on successful placements and effort.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver recruiting, sales, or trucking industry preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential CDL-A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL status.
• Guide qualified candidates through the referral and placement process.
• Maintain accurate records of driver applications and placement status.
• Build relationships with potential candidates to maximize placements.
