Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida
• 2 years RN acute care experience within the last 5 years
• Experience with CDI programs or documentation improvement preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of advanced practice clinical documentation.
• Interact with providers and healthcare team to obtain diagnoses documentation.
• Deliver CDI program workflows and analytics to support accurate patient status reporting.
• Collaborate with physician advisor to achieve CDI goals and accurate documentation.
• Promote capture of clinical severity to reflect services rendered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
