Job summary

Pinnacle Claims Management is seeking a CCSB Eligibility Specialist I to maintain and administer benefits for the CCSB Small Business exchange. You will process enrollments, terminations, and changes, and respond to member inquiries, ensuring accurate eligibility and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years accounting/business experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, Cal-COBRA, ERISA legislation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to work with proprietary healthcare system.
• Experience providing customer service via email and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Eligibility and Billing for CCSB accounts as assigned.
• Process enrollment changes and terminations as received from clients or internal sources.
• Support CCSB Small Business call center and meet production metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements; document SOPs.
