Job summary

Fullstack Academy seeks a Part‑Time Instructor to deliver CBAP training online to adult learners. This role involves teaching live online sessions, mentoring students, and providing actionable feedback to help learners master CBAP concepts and exam strategies.

You will work 10–15 hours per week, typically evenings in CST, with compensation of $55–$60 per hour. Prior online training experience is preferred.

Qualifications

CBAP Certification mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or related field
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related domain
2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals
Strong understanding of BABOK, Requirements gathering & analysis, Stakeholder management, Agile & Scrum, Business Process Modeling, and SDLC methodologies

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led CBAP training sessions for online learner batches.
Cover core topics including BABOK Guide knowledge areas, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile and Scrum concepts, business process modeling, SDLC, CBAP exam prep, and real-world case studies.
Prepare and update training materials, assignments, mock tests, case studies and workshop activities.
Conduct interactive workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, assessment reviews, and provide mentoring and feedback.
Track learner progress and guide certification readiness and eligibility.
