Job summary

Acuren is seeking an Intermediate CP Engineer to join our Salt Lake City, UT operations. This remote role does not require relocation and offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will apply corrosion theory and CP engineering principles, perform and supervise CP surveys, and develop field reports and design deliverables. The role requires travel to field locations as needed and effective technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field with exposure to CP engineering or corrosion control.
• 2+ years of experience in Cathodic Protection design and management.
• Certification CP2 required; CP3 preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles and corrosion theory to projects.
• Perform surveys and data evaluation; generate reports.
• Identify stray current interference on pipelines and remediate.
• Produce CP design deliverables and field documentation.
