Job summary

Acuren is seeking an Intermediate CP Technician for our Charlotte, NC location. The role supports testing, remediation and installation of cathodic protection systems, working independently or in teams with moderate supervision.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years CP field experience, NACE/AMPP CP2 certification, rectifier training, and a high school diploma. The position is remote with no relocation required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field CP experience
• NACE CP2 certification required (theory & practical)
• Rectifier training or experience
• High school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot CP/AC mitigation system deficiencies; perform field surveys and installations
• Maintain detailed field notes and provide assessments and recommendations
• Sketch CP system components and electrical schematics
• Perform other duties as assigned
