Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in Category Management within the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Deep expertise with syndicated sales data tools (IRI, Circana, NielsenIQ)
• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationwide, including overnights

Responsibilities

• Develop retailer-specific category growth strategies to maximize category growth and drive HARIBO's advantage
• Utilize syndicated sales data to support and influence HARIBO's strategy
• Deliver actionable 4P insights related to Product, Placement, Pricing, Promotion
• Create retailer-facing selling stories and modular support decks
• Participate in sales meetings and HQ calls with field Sales teams
• Support planning processes including item rationalization and assortment optimization
• Contribute to Sales Center of Excellence initiatives and scalable data dashboards
