Job summary

HARIBO of America is seeking a Category Analyst to support category insights, data analysis, and account manager support from our Rosemont, IL office. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and travel up to 20% nationwide, with on-site work at the corporate office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data and analytics focused roles, or sales roles, in CPG or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Support the execution of HARIBO's Category strategy across retail channels.
• Broker Collaboration: Partner with external brokers to align on distribution and shelf priorities.
• Data Systems: Utilize tools and visual dashboards to streamline reporting and create dashboards.
• Insight Generation: Deliver proactive insights using syndicated data (NIQ/Nielsen IQ/Circana) and shopper data (NIQ/Numerator).
• Presentation Support: Help create category stories and line review presentations for major retail clients.
• Monthly Reporting: Provide accurate reporting of data and maintain reports via Microsoft BI for sales partners.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint decks and telling a story with data.
• Other duties as assigned
