Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Category Management Lead to automate and optimize supplier relationships for our marketplace. This remote-friendly role focuses on strategy, contracting, and cost efficiencies across multiple categories in the US.

Responsibilities include building supplier programs, conducting RFPs, negotiating terms, and delivering data-driven insights to clients while partnering with internal teams to drive growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering; supply chain/operations background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or category management.
• Knowledge of procurement tech and marketplaces is a plus.
• Experience with compliance programs and contract management requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier relationships for facilities goods.
• Drive category strategies, supplier programs, and cost efficiencies.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract approvals with stakeholders.
• Provide spend analytics, vendor performance, and risk management insights.
