Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Category Leadership – H-E-B, to turn shopper insights into growth strategies. You will partner across SC Johnson teams to shape assortment, pricing, shelving, and promotions, delivering category leadership for H-E-B in Texas market.

You will leverage Circana/Nielsen data and POS tools, synthesize insights into persuasive stories, and lead advisory discussions with the customer to drive profitable sales growth and stronger retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant business experience OR advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Category Management.

Responsibilities

• Create category leadership solutions that drive profitable sales for H-E-B.
• Incorporate shopper/category insights across assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Use Circana/Nielsen data and POS tools to build compelling category narratives.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Lead Category Captaincy/Advisory activities with the customer.
• Identify opportunities and drive research projects to deliver leadership solutions.
• Support annual account planning with data-driven insights and solutions.
• Seek out research opportunities to bring new learning to category leadership.
• Execute and measure category leadership initiatives with the customer.
• Monitor outcomes and continually optimize category leadership efforts.
