Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations leader to oversee enterprise cash management, wire transfers, fraud controls, and banking services. You will administer treasury systems, manage bank portal access, and coordinate with the Finance team to optimize reconciliations and GL interfaces.

The role includes leading two direct reports, implementing banking services, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance.
• 8 years treasury experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the wire transfer process and enterprise wire policy adherence.
• Maintain fraud controls for all bank accounts and monitor ACH/positive pay.
• Manage treasury workstation, bank portal administration, and account analysis feeds.
• Administer banking portal access and serve as SME for portal activities.
• Open/close bank accounts and manage depository authorizations and documentation.
• Onboard deposit locations and armored car services; maintain lockboxes.
• Lead Workday banking processes with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Two direct reports; perform other treasury-related duties.
