Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to key accounting data at 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and deadline discipline.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment from analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours during heavy workloads.
• Team-oriented and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review daily bank activity to post and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries (e.g., split payments, corrections, reclass items).
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts with proper documentation.
• Gather, validate, and summarize accounting or statistical data.
• Identify and research payments and coordinate posting to A/R systems.
