Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking experienced case managers to apply care coordination expertise to the evaluation and improvement of AI models. You’ll author realistic care coordination scenarios, develop reference answers, and evaluate AI-generated plans for clinical appropriateness and benefit accuracy.

This fully remote, independent contractor role requires an active RN/LCSW license or CCM certification, 2+ years in case management, and at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LCSW license or CCM certification.
• At least 2 years of case management experience in hospital, payer, or community settings.
• Strong experience in discharge planning, utilization review, or complex care coordination.
• Clear written English for documenting care plans and level-of-care decisions.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic care coordination scenarios spanning admission through post-acute placement.
• Write reference answers explaining the reasoning behind each level-of-care decision.
• Evaluate AI-generated care plans for clinical appropriateness and benefit accuracy.
• Identify plans that may appear reasonable but could leave a patient without appropriate placement or result in a denial.
• Clearly document care-plan reasoning so another experienced case manager can follow and evaluate it.
