Sedgwick is seeking a Case Management Associate for US telecommute (full-time). You will access and assign workers' compensation, disability and liability cases, and support the medical staff in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college preferred.
• One year of administrative experience required.
• Customer service experience in a medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access and assign cases for medical case management and utilization review.
• Provide accurate information to callers and triage between teams.
• Enter new claims data and maintain data integrity.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and physician appointments.
• Direct into PPO network for treatment and provide reports as required.
• Maintain regulatory filings and distribute correspondence.
