Springworks is seeking a Case Analysis Intern for a fully remote internship. You will gain hands-on experience in background verification (SpringVerify) while collaborating across Operations teams.

This role includes a six-day workweek, night shifts occasionally, and potential overtime with company policy-based compensation. The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure, process improvement, and practical training in document verification, data handling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Graduates with strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in day-to-day activities (case analysis, document verification, database management).
• Assist in background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
• Perform outbound calls to gather information and follow up on verification requests.
• Adhere to protocols to maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Complete assigned tasks/projects within deadlines with accuracy.
