Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Car wash experience preferred but not required.
• Must communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, expert solutions to customers to keep their business profitable and customers satisfied with a clean vehicle.
• Titrate products as needed; perform volumetrics for product as needed; support minor equipment repairs.
• Manage site chemical conversions, installations, and keep customers informed of progress.
• Monitor inventory at sites and place replenishment orders; maintain service reports and site surveys.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate to sales management; support corporate accounts.
