This is a fast-paced, remote role focused on building pipelines, screening candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process.

You’ll handle outreach via phone, text, email, and other channels, negotiate offers, and strive to exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active applicant engagement and proactive sourcing.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates beyond incoming applications.
• Screen candidates to understand experience, goals, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and goals.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the recruiting process.
• Present compensation packages and navigate offers.
• Manage pipelines, follow-ups, documentation, and recruiting workflows.
• Aim to exceed activity, placement, and revenue targets.
