You’ll receive full training and mentorship, autonomy to design your coaching flow, and a performance-based structure within a purpose-driven community of leaders. This is a contractor role focused on impact and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR, leadership development, or coaching-adjacent experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and coaching mindset.
• Self-driven and open to building a coaching business model.
