Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking a motivated professional to join our remote sales and career counselling team in the United States. You will connect with working professionals, understand their career backgrounds, goals and requirements, and conduct consultative conversations to assess their needs.

You will explain our career services clearly, build trust with prospective clients, handle objections, and lead follow-ups to move prospects through the funnel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in career counselling, sales, B2C sales, inside sales, education counselling, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and counselling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with working professionals through leads generated by the marketing team.
• Understand the candidate's career background, goals, challenges and requirements.
• Conduct effective counselling and consultative conversations with prospective clients.
• Explain Prime Pathway's career services and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve individual counselling, conversion and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Senior Consultant/concerned team members wherever required.
• Ensure a smooth experience for prospects throughout the counselling and conversion process.
