Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Program Manager to execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs. This role reports to the Director of Program Operations & Infrastructure and works across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery Operations to translate protocols into workflows and drive cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate moves work forward in ambiguous situations, builds structure, and maintains documentation while programs serve patients and providers.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations or program management.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong process documentation skills (SOPs, playbooks).
• Experience with care management platforms or AI-enabled tools.
• Analytical and data-driven; use metrics to drive decisions.
• Clear, direct communicator keeping stakeholders informed.
• Passionate about improving cardiology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow to go-live and iteration.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Ops to stay on track.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status for active contracts and populations.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate protocols into scalable workflows; document SOPs and playbooks.
• Identify blockers and close gaps; escalate where needed.
