Qualifications

• Must have licensure/certification in a health or human services discipline that allows independent assessment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in health or human services field or RN license.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry trends, technology and contractual arrangements.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communicate complex topics.

• Perform essential case management activities—assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
• Identify member needs, set goals and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and internal/external teams to resolve issues.
