Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Surgery to support growth across the territory of New England. You will partner with surgeons, PAs, and perfusionists to drive physician adoption of Medtronic Heart Valve, LA Appendage Management, Repair, and related procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, first-case support, and expert clinical education across academic and high-volume centers.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma with extensive cath lab/CVOR or clinical experience.
• Associate diploma with substantial experience suffices.
• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience is acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for implantation and use of Medtronic Surgical Based Therapy products.
• Educate physicians, PAs, perfusionists, and OR staff on indications and techniques.
• Assist field and Medical Affairs with device issues, complaints, and explants when needed.
• Support physician adoption and growth through first-case and complex-case procedures.
