Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and promote Amgen products while navigating payer environments. The role supports district marketing strategies and drives territory sales through in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualified candidates will have relevant sales or clinical healthcare experience and a track record in life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of sales or clinical experience OR High school with 8 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and manage reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; plan rollout with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Maintain patient-centric focus while upholding Amgen values and high ethical standards.
