Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Cardiovascular) to drive demand and promote approved indications within a defined territory. You will engage HCPs with scientific dialogue, maintain credibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

This field-based role emphasizes expertise in cardiovascular products, data-driven call planning, and adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering strong business results.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific data to physicians clearly and convincingly.
• Track record of credibility with customers and positive customer experience.
• Experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong account management, selling skills and performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Drive demand through scientific dialogue and CE^3-driven insights.
• Engage with HCPs via in-office presentations and external speaker programs as per policy.
