Heartbeat Health, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time, remote Registered Nurse to support our virtual cardiology team. You will educate patients about diagnoses and treatment plans, coordinate with cardiologists and PCPs, and ensure timely, quality care throughout the patient journey.

You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST in a fast-paced, remote environment, maintaining detailed patient records and prioritizing patient needs with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license (Compact).
• At least 3+ years of experience in cardiology; telemedicine experience is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment.
• Ability to educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for patients with chronic cardiology conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate care with cardiologists, PCPs and the clinical team.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, test results and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up virtual visits to monitor progress.
• Triad: prioritize patient requests and manage panel based on needs and SLAs.
• Participate in continuing education and quality assurance programs.
