Job summary

Octagos is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support ambulatory and CIED monitoring teams. You will independently manage relationships across a portfolio of clinic partners—assessing needs, determining outreach, and prioritizing actions to ensure value from the Octagos platform.

You will lead onboarding, tailor communications, and drive adoption with a healthcare-focused customer base. This remote role emphasizes initiative, judgment, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Ability to manage relationships with minimal direction and prioritize actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clinic staff and admins.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clinic partners; coordinate resolution of platform questions.
• Assess account activity and tailor outreach and follow-up for each clinic.
• Develop customer communications, guides, and training materials.
• Lead onboarding and activation for new clinic partners with training plans.
• Evaluate concerns and determine resolution paths; escalate when needed.
