Job summary

Octagos is seeking an Associate Remote Care Specialist (Pacemakers) in the US to deliver technical and educational expertise on permanent pacemaker technology and function. You will review remote transmissions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation of findings to support clinicians and patients.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in healthcare and a CCT certification, along with strong medical terminology knowledge and excellent

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and educational expertise specific to permanent pacemaker technology and function
• Reviews remote pacemaker transmissions across all CRM vendors and provides high level service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Troubleshoots pacemaker transmission and connectivity issues as needed
• Maintains documentation of pacer transmission reviews and clinical findings
• Uses internal software platforms for pacer transmission workflow
• Onboards new pacer clinic customers, including go-live support and transition of patients to remote monitoring
• Keeps up-to-date with pacemaker CRM products and firmware/software updates
• Completes assigned pacer transmission reviews and tasks in a timely manner
• Maintains credentials relevant to pacemaker device interrogation and remote monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical and educational expertise specific to permanent pacemaker technology and function
• Reviews remote pacemaker transmissions across all CRM vendors . While providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible
• Provides troubleshooting support for pacemaker-specific transmission and connectivity issues as needed
• Maintains appropriate documentation of pacer transmission reviews and clinical findings
• Utilizes and maintains internal software platforms for pacer transmission workflow
• Assists with onboarding of new pacer clinic customers, including go-live support and transition of existing patients to remote pacer monitoring
• Partners with other employees to understand pacer-specific market and customer dynamics
• Maintains overall understanding of the competitive landscape for pacemaker technology
• Stays current with all new pacemaker CRM products and firmware/software updates
• Completes all assigned pacer transmission reviews and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintains necessary credentials relevant to pacemaker device interrogation and remote monitoring .

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
• Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
• Extensive understanding of medical terminology
• Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
