Seamless Assist is seeking a Cardiology Patient Navigator (Coordinator) to support a U.S.-based cardiology team. The role focuses on patient communication, scheduling, care coordination, and clinical documentation in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background, telehealth experience, and comfort managing a high-volume patient caseload while maintaining clinical accuracy and warmth.

Qualificações

• Clinical healthcare background required.
• At least 3 years in healthcare, telehealth, or medical offices.
• Experience in care coordination or care management.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (B2+).
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to work U.S. business hours (CT).

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient communication, scheduling, and reminders in EMR/EHR.
• Coordinate care workflows and monitor high-volume caseload.
• Document care interactions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
