Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Specialty Therapy Sales Representative to grow the CRM revenue across the Sacramento, NV and surrounding regions. The role requires deep knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management devices and related surgical environments.

You will educate Electrophysiologists and surgeons, manage accounts, and support clinical studies while traveling up to 50% to customer sites. A strong background in CRM products and EP lab protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Electrical, Electronics or Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field with 2 years in field sales for cardiac rhythm management devices.
• Or Bachelor's in related field with 4 years in field sales for cardiac rhythm management devices.
• Experience selling and servicing CRM products and knowledge of EP Lab and OR protocols.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell and service Medtronic CRM products in hospital settings to cardiology specialists.
• Provide field intelligence on market, pricing, and competitive activity; support implant/follow-up of research.
• Manage field accounts, product inventory, expenses, and budget; travel as required (50%).
• Support training and education of medical staff and peers; participate in clinical study discussions.
