Jobgether is seeking a compassionate Clinical Exercise Physiologist for a remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program in the United States. You will monitor vital signs, interpret data, educate patients, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent; master's preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in-person cardiopulmonary rehab facility.
• ACSM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, cardiovascular health, and pulmonary rehab principles.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily patient vital signs (BP, HR, SpO₂) to identify concerns.
• Respond to abnormal readings with wellness checks and protocol-based actions.
• Communicate abnormal readings to care teams via phone, fax, or secure channels.
• Support adherence to remote vital signs monitoring and rehab programs.
• Provide patient education to help understanding health data and recovery progress.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation for encounters, vital sign reports, and billing.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to maintain safety and high care standards.
• Support clinical studies and research with partner healthcare organizations.
• Work with leadership to improve workflows and patient engagement in remote care.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance digital patient experience.
