Job summary
Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare professional to support remote patient monitoring and data collection for cardiology patients. You will collect vital signs, report abnormal findings to the care team, and help with monitor logs and device troubleshooting while adhering to clinical protocols.
Role is remote, full-time, US-based; requires Medical Assistant certification, EKG tech, and strong technical skills, with bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent.
- EKG technician certification preferred.
- 1 year healthcare experience or certification.
- Strong technical and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Support patients in collecting remote patient data and transmit to the care team.
- Communicate abnormal findings to the cardiology team.
- Record and edit monitor logs.
- Troubleshoot monitors with patients and devices.
- Follow clinical protocols and orient new staff.
- Participate in ongoing team education and high-quality service.
