Job summary

Rhythm Remote Device Clinician remotely monitors patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) using Rhythm’s proprietary software. You will interpret device diagnostics, document findings, and support a patient-centered care approach from a remote setting.

Requirements include a degree or related field experience, a cardiac device rhythm management course, and 2+ years of implanted device management experience. Certification and strong collaboration skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required OR related field experience.
• Cardiac device rhythm management course or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years implanted cardiac device management experience with knowledge of all manufacturer programmers.
• Experience with interrogating and interpreting device diagnostics for major manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze CIED function and diagnostics remotely.
• Communicate findings to clinical team with professional documentation.
• Recognize device issues and recommend corrective strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA/PHI confidentiality and compliance.
• Contribute to patient-centered care philosophy.
