Job summary

Heart & Vascular Partners LLC is seeking a Cardiac Device Specialist to manage patients with CIEDs, review remote transmissions, and coordinate follow-ups. You will evaluate EKG data, alert physicians per protocols, and support devices advisories while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role is primarily remote and requires CCDS/CDRMS/CEPS certification. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cardiac device management, strong communication with providers, and proficiency with remote monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing, medicine, electronics or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of cardiac device management with CCDS/CDRMS/CEPS certifications
• IBHRE certification preferred or willing to complete within first year
• Experience with remote monitoring systems (CareLink, Latitude, Merlin, Biotronik)
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to physicians and providers

Responsibilities

• Review, triage, and document remote transmissions daily
• Notify patients of findings and conduct follow-up
• Evaluate stored and real-time EKGs to identify arrhythmias or device issues
• Alert designated staff per protocols for CIEDs
• Provide analysis of CIED data to clinicians
• Educate patients on remote monitoring and follow-up protocols
