Job summary

RhythmScience is seeking a Cardiac Device Specialist to remotely monitor patients with CIEDs using our software. You will analyze device performance, detect abnormalities, and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation to support patient management.

The role requires expertise in cardiac electrophysiology and device function assessment, with a focus on accurate remote diagnostics and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required (nursing, medicine, electronics, or engineering preferred).
• 2+ years of recent experience in cardiac device management.
• Experience interpreting diagnostics from major CIED manufacturers.
• Proficiency with collaboration applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Perform remote evaluations and diagnostic reviews of cardiac devices.
• Analyze and interpret CIED diagnostics from Medtronic, Abbott/St. Jude, Boston Scientific, and Biotronik.
• Identify abnormal device functions and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings with precision following RhythmScience’s standards.
• Communicate findings to clinicians with clear documentation.
• Educate patients on device function and remote monitoring procedures.
