Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager for Card Network Office to build a new function overseeing card network compliance and strategic partnerships. You will drive release management, monitor network changes, and partner with engineering, product, and external networks.

In this remote role, you will establish processes, dashboards, and intake workflows, while advocating for Stripe in councils and forums and ensuring timely, compliant implementations across products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments with card networks and compliance activities.
• Experience with acquiring platforms and card network products.
• Proficient with JIRA and card network portals for compliance tracking.
• Collaborates with product and engineering to design new processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish release management processes per card network mandates and advise partners.
• Review biannual card network releases and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
• Set up a monitoring framework for card network compliance and audits.
• Develop metrics and Jira dashboards to track mandates per release cycle.
• Oversee mandate intake, assess and prioritize requests, manage waivers.
• Engage with external network partners via councils and strategic meetings.
• Advocate for Stripe within the card network ecosystem.
