Job summary

McCollister’s is seeking a driver to plan and execute car shipment orders, delivering high value and vintage vehicles with safety and efficiency. You will work to exceed customer expectations while maintaining profitability and strong records.

Responsibilities include loading, routing, and communicating with dispatch, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. CDL-A required, strong organization and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial Class A license required.
• Experience hauling high value and vintage automobiles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and use standard office apps and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Execute car shipment plans within branch operations and United Van Lines.
• Manage workload to maximize efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
• Operate vehicle and equipment safely and professionally.
• Protect customer products with care and maintain accurate order status.
• Identify service problems and communicate for resolution.
• Supervise and train helpers as needed.
• Complete paperwork and quality assurance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer relations and teamwork.
