The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting, strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities. Prior captive internship or CPA experience is a plus.

• Collaborate with captive professionals and internal teams.
• Support RFP and client prospect presentations.
• Contribute to internal training and communications.
