Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support management of a portfolio of captive clients and collaborate with the Global Captive Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting, strong communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.

This role offers hybrid work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with opportunities to contribute to client billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Experience or internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of captive clients in coordination with the Global Captive Solutions Team.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for management and consulting services.
• Track premiums accurately for clients and maintain compliant records.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate strong time management across multiple client deadlines.
• Support RFPs and client prospect presentations and internal training.
