Hylant in the United States is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support management of a portfolio of captive clients with the Global Captive Solutions Team. This role offers hybrid or remote work options.

You will handle billing and premium tracking, communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other captive professionals while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support management of a portfolio of captive clients.
• Handle timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Track premiums accurately for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio with competing deadlines and collaborate with teammates.
• Assist with RFPs and client prospect presentations.
• Participate in internal training and communications.
