Job summary

Kiva.org seeks a Capacity Building Manager to support lending partners across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia, helping them scale impact through capacity building, IT enhancements, and staff development. The role sits in the Impact team and reports to the Senior Director, collaborating with Investments and Partnerships to align grant work and data reporting.

Remote work; applicants authorized to work in Colombia are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in impact investing, international development, or relevant field.
• Passion for capacity building and social impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Building and Technical Assistance: drive capacity building activities with lending partners and vendors.
• Grant Management and Operations: coordinate cross-functional grant content, reporting, and renewals.
• Vendor Partnerships: maintain multi-year partnerships and manage vendor deliverables.
• Support reporting to investors and funders with timely impact data.
