Qualifications

• 3+ years of interpreting experience or at least 3000 hours logged.
• Proficiency in at least two languages (source and target).
• Proof of English proficiency with ILR-level technical proficiency or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Mock Call assessment.
• Updated resume showing interpretation experience.
• Criminal background check conducted in English.
• Required technical setup: headset, stable internet, laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation services during phone calls, meetings, conferences, interviews, and more.
• Listen carefully to the speaker and convey the message accurately in the target language.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity throughout the interpretation process.
• Respect HIPAA and comply with Reviver’s protocols and client requirements.
