We seek a Campaign Manager to take ownership of planning, execution and optimisation of high-impact campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work with a cross-functional team of creative, content, performance and analytics specialists to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency.
• Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge across paid search, social, display and email.
• Experience planning, launching and optimising campaigns against measurable objectives.
• Confident in managing multiple client accounts, priorities and budgets.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of integrated campaigns across client accounts.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, audiences and commercial goals.
• Manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, content and other channels.
• Translate briefs into actionable plans with budgets, timelines and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new channels and creative approaches.
• Oversee campaign implementation ensuring high-quality execution across channels.
• Monitor performance and optimise to maximise engagement, conversions and ROAS.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for efficient delivery.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation on messaging and assets.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, platform requirements and data privacy standards.
